What happens to my complaint?

Your complaint will be entered into our database for review and may be examined by one of our Anti-Spam Investigators. Please note that due to the nature of a TXT spam, we may not take action on every complaint.

Where numerous complaints are received about a particular spam campaign we may investigate the campaign as a whole. We appreciate you notifying us about this matter and welcome you to contact us at any time if you would like to discuss your complaint or provide us with any further information.

You may report a suspicious message using the 'Report Junk' or 'Report Spam' (or equivalent wording) feature in your iOS or Google Messages app on your mobile handset. If you do this, the content of the reported message and the phone numbers of the sender and recipient will be shared with New Zealand telecommunications providers and the Department of Internal Affairs (DIA) via the 7726 Report Spam service, administered by DIA, consistent with the service's privacy policy.

For more information about spam, including tips for avoiding it, please visit the full website.

Can I delete my complaint?
